Eligibility

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

Contact us at [email protected] to start a return. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either sending a replacement or offering a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. However, if a sale item is defective or damaged, it can be returned for a replacement or refund.
